I'm not sure if it's an issue with familiarity or not knowing the right people, but I feel like I've just been left out in the wind to fend for myself. I'm really suprised at the lacking support or care for anyone reporting an issue. I've had yet another ticket I can't get rid of in the software. I've pretty much inherited it and don't know much about PHP or MySql.

I'm using the Helpdesk Software as a new Desktop
Administrator for a Library system. The software has
worked extremely well for us up until a ticket was
logged saturday. I can view the ticket, but that's
about it. It also doesn't look like all the regular
tickets do, and by that I mean it won't allow me to
close it, request more information from the user or do
anything with it...
