I just tried clonezilla-live-20090727-jaunty.iso.
The (1) Reboot option didn't work. It hung at "Restarting System" (as a side note it also failed to eject the CD). "sudo /sbin/reboot" also hung at "Restarting System" (but succeeded in ejecting the CD).

Live CD: Reboot hangs at "machine restart" on my Dell T7400
Using Clonezilla 1.2.2-26 when selecting the (1) Reboot option from the menu, the restart hangs on my Dell T7400
Reproducible Steps:
1. boot Clonzilla Live
2. Proceed to the Clonezilla Start menu
3. select Enter Command Prompt
4. enter 1 for Reboot
5. Press enter at the remove CD prompt.

I ran into this problem too, and was banging my head against it trying to figure out why it thought my disks were mounted when they weren't (sda1 was unmounted, sda2 was mounted).
Then it came to me: in the Clonezilla menu, I had selected "savedisk", which saves entire hard disks, when I should have selected "saveparts", which clones partitions.
