Thanks so much for your work on this.
I agree with you that we should take that growth and development term to the wider PAMGO and see what they think. I've never liked "or" terms and I know the GO has tried to expunge them. As for the others, I'll take a look and see if I can come up with any ideas for alternate parents. But if you couldn't find anything I don't hold out much hope.
