Dear David,
I didn't realize that actually we don't yet support timers in composite tasks. As Michael suggests, at the moment the best solution would be to have an and-split with the composite task on one branch and a timed atomic task with the composite task in its cancellation set on the other branch.
BTW: in the long term we also plan to integrate more sophisticated temporal constraints...

Hi David,
at the moment we don't support global timers. The best way of doing that is to define a single composite timer task in the root net containing all your process model in its subnet. This way once the timer assigned to this task expires, the whole process terminates.

The organizational model described in the order fulfilment documentation is stored in file "orderfulfilment.ybkp", which you can find in folder [your_YAWL_folder]\misc\examples\orderfulfilment.
You can import this file from the admin control centre and play with the example straightaway. Just log in as admin and go to...
