Hi there.
I'm a little concerned with one statement you made: "I am not a developer." Writing unit tests requires quite a bit of knowledge of programming - that much more so when you're testing code written by someone else. Unless I'm misunderstanding your meaning, these tools are well suited for your need but may be beyond your skill set.
