I create zip-archive in Linux from cyrillic named files and properly open it in Win XP.
But zip-archive with cyrillic named files created in Win XP can't be opened properly in Linux because of cyrillic name mangling.
How to do zip-archive with cyrillic named files in Win XP for properly extracting in Linux?.
