Thank you for this bug submission. Repositories are currently not supported in Squirrel Plugin Mode, as Squirrel only provides ONE database connection to the current database, but there needs to be a second connection to the repository server. This is currently not supported. I will take a look at the errors during complete compare and let you know, ok?

Thank you for this feature request. Currently, it is not possible to reverse engineer from existing sql code, but i think it would be a good enhancement for a future release. Of course, for every dialect there must be a different sql parser, something based on AST for better parsing.
