I wanted to follow up on this with a quick note.
We've updated most of our examples on the website to pull from yui.yahooapis.com -- but there remain a few in this release (and perhaps in subsequent releasees) that use relative paths. This should improve the situation, and we'll work to get uniform yui.yahooapis.com usage in place as soon as possible.

Thanks for the suggestion. This isn't in our current scope, but we agree that it would be valuable to have as an option. I'm going to keep this ticket open so we track the issue longer-term in the re-evaluation of our documentation platform.

I'm pushing something live right now that will get us usable modulenames under the include code for all components. It's not perfect -- it doesn't offer containercore or simpleeditor modules -- but it will get us mostly there. We'll look at how to improve access to this information in future revs of our docs.

Ragtek is correct -- the use case you're describing is fully supported today by Connection Manager's setForm method.
