Hi Herman,
I'm truly sorry for how I've handled this issue, and I greatly thank you for sticking with it.
I found that these tests effectively fail (as you mentioned, at least on my current environ, and that's enough bad for me).
I've been so wrong in this issue that I think the only thing I can say is, again, I'm sorry, we'll work on this and let you know as soon as we got it ok in cvs.

You were right about the particular test, which was added to check the issue you were reporting, I simply checked the age of the file.
Does this test fails in your environment? In such case: could you provide more info about it?

Maybe you just noticed it...
I'd like to suggest you to download wife-test project and add your failing test to this class, if you can then submit a patch for this file we can...
