We have been doing an experiment with the Cell Type Ontology and PATO. We found that the following terms would be helpful if added to PATO, for describing cell shapes:
Columnar: elongated and cylindrical.
Fenestrated: delimited by a surface with holes.
Star shaped: arranged like rays or radii; radiating from a common center.
The three terms should be added as subclasses of Shape...

Please keep me informed of your comparison, the fact that your pipeline didn't catch those is interesting (I'm writting my PhD thesis now).
The name of the object property is a bit awkward, it should be called regulation_type I guess.
This experiment is not meant to add new content to GO, in which case, I agree, I should have used the native properties negatively_regulates and...

Even if the suggestions are already on the list as a result of the control performed by Chris, can you (or David or Tanya) please confirm it to me in this thread? If the OBOL scripts have reached the same conclusion as my script that's a very good validation for my little experiment.
