I hope you still need the solution, I went to the same problem and figure out that in "com/evelopers/unimod/generator/java/statemachine.vm" in the JAR file "com.evelopers.unimod.generator.java_1.3.39/unimod-generator-java.jar" is a switch $generateFireMethods, with adding "#set ($generateFireMethods = true)" after the ## rows the transitionNotFound method...
