Ok, I found my problem.
The File Release System is a menu entry located in the Admin drop down menu.
The issue is that this menu is far to high (at least on Firefox) and i had to use the mouse wheel to scroll down while the menu is opened. I would say that without a wheel on the mouse, it is impossible to release files :)
I believe that there is far too much space between menu entries (again...

Hi,
I am the admin of project 'victor'
I want to release the first version of the project, however, i cannot find the access to the File Release System anywhere.
Looking at Admin/Members, i see the entry in column 'Admin tech' is 'No'. Is it the reason why i don't find the FRS link ? If so, why am i not able to release my own project ?
