This seems to be outdated. Please add another comment if the problem persists with a recent BibleTime (2.3.3+) and Sword (1.6.0+) and clucene.

The current behaviour is that when adding a new module the window will jump to the first entry that both have in common. I think that is reasonable behaviour.
