right click & ctrl-left should be menu
menu refactor from jmol wierdo menu to just a regular java menu
left & shift left remain sel & multi sel
alt-left click select neighbors (instead of right click)
shift-rt click hide node?
ctrl-rt click anchor node
alt -rc unanchor node
s-c-rc unhide all nodes
(a-l-d rotate a-s-l-d circular rubberband s-l-d rubberband)
all the click options should...
so this is sort of working via ant
do we also want a perl or python installer or some other installer?
wormbase & tair have both done ant installs so ant isnt so bad.
This is either fixed or it only happens in certain circumstane
i dont think this was actively fixed - myabe something else fixed this????
who knows???.
