As suggested by another user:
If only a single email is sent for many tasks, over 300 in your example, then perhaps the subject line can be something like:
"Cobian Backup Task Summary, Passed: 300, Failed: 45"
This would be equally useful for those users who only make a single task:
"Cobian Backup Task Summary, Passed: 1, Failed: 0"
You could even add the number of errors to this if...
