very late answer, still probably useful for the ones reading your answer: in the 0.10 released jar, the WHERE clause can only be of the form <tt><b><columnname>=<value></b></tt>. value must be literally given, expressions are not recognized as valid values.
in the cvs sources you actually find a quite decent sublanguage.

I like the idea.
if it was for me, closing the window would offer the user the choice:
* quit and stop all tunnes
* just hide the window
* cancel.
and I think I miss a "minimize" button on the main window!
my way of using this program:
I start the program, I open the tunnel, I don't want the window in the way and I have to use a control outside the window (the gstm applet in a panel) to...

well, it actually *is* listed in antcontrib.properties, but on a comment line.

you might want to alter the jar...
or include all of the task definitions in your own resource file: if you already have one it's hardly any extra work.
