Dear;
I did the steps you said for 3 times,
which are:
1. Go to release page, delete the files.
2. Try to upload the file through FTP.
Everytime I got this message:

Response: 200 Switching to Binary mode.
Error: Timeout detected!
Error: Upload failed
Status: Connecting to upload.sourceforge.net .....

Yes, I'm not able to upload anything through FTP since
about 6 months.
I get this error:
