sorry to disappoint you, but Turtle is a dead project. Nobody is actively working on it and I'm quite sure nobody ever will.
In case you need any hints or support regarding merging Turtle with RetroShare I can try to at least answer questions. However, it has been almost five years since I was working on it, so I'll probably not remember much...
