The current behavior of irc_no_hilight is to block highlights when a nick contains one of the patterns. The problem with this is that you can't block small nicknames of a few characters, cause they are likely to be contained in other people's nicknames. As a concrete example, it's not possible to block Q and L on quakenet, cause it will block *every* nick containing a Q or L.

i just compiled 0.1.1 and i'm having the same issue. funny thing is, i already reported this, but it got closed later on, without any comment saying why. i assumed it was fixed in the codebase as of then, but apparently it just got closed for no reason.

I'd like to see a few things improved in subtitle handling of video files in Gxine:
*) The subtitle menu should not list 0-15, but only the subtitles available, with a corresponding name (if available), like VLC (and i think the original Xineui too) has.
*) VLC has the option to automatically select the right language subtitle, like if i enter "ja,en,nl", it'll load any available Japanese sub...

oh, i discovered the stuff i posted only works on newer
kernels (tested on 2.6.15), but not on older ones. hereby i
attach another version patched for 2.6.12, and the patch
included, in case it doesnt work on lower kernels.

The default xbox pad driver does not work with all ddr
pads. Some pads have axis instead of buttons when using
the default xpad driver. If you have one of these pads,
and want to play on linux, you need a slightly modified
driver.
To get this driver to work, extract the tarball and
compile and load the driver:
$ tar xfj xpad_ddr.tar.bz2
$ cd xpad_ddr
$ make
$ su
