Comment: stat rxapid error trying to update .deb package version

It worked to purge 4459 and install 4702 "fresh" after that. Synaptic seemed to think that 4702 was successfully installed. "rexx -v" at the command line resulted in a suggestion to install Regina as no rexx was on the box. And as a bonus, the error I was updating to see if it has already been fix has been fixed, so this is the only bug report for now! :-)

I am receiving the following output trying to update from the 4459 to 4702 builds. Next I will purge the 4459 and see if 4702 then installs.
