If you normalise a file and elect to enable Produce Text Version, then once it's done you select Cancel with the intent of deleting the output you just created, the dot xena files are removed but the text files in the text-version directory are not. They probably ought to be.
Manifest Maker on Windows starts a console along with the MM GUI. During processing, the console fills with messages. This is fine for debugging but not so nice for users. It would be nice if we could suppress the console for Windows users.
