I have the same problem, just the other way around: after a reboot the scrolling speed is way too fast. What I do is I sleep my iBook (1.2Ghz, 12", 10.4.11 running iScroll2 0.32) for a couple seconds right after it's done booting and wake it immediately to get the scrolling speed right. Subsequent sleeps retain the scrolling speed.

Hello, and thanks for the patch: I'll give it a close look and will eventually integrate it into the development code for closer evaluation.
For the records: Trac is not really "subscribe-or-fuck-off", we've added a login process because of the sheer amount of spam, but you can still submit tickets (and patches) anonymously, as described here...
