Occasionally, when I create a task, instead of adding
the task to the correct project, it changes the last
task that I created, assigning it to whomever I've
assigned the new task to.
It appears to only do this after I add a task, switch
projects, and add another task. Can't swear to this,
as it's only happened twice, but I believe that's what
I did.

Have a DB field for subject checks, so they're not hard
coded. Add cache code to keep it inexpensive.

Database, RBL, etc, lookups are expensive. Add code to
cache any lookup for (a default) 60 minutes. Keep the
lookup time readily changable. Add $ctx->{refresh} for
when cache needs to be updated (check at _CONNECT).

One of the most commonly-faked lines--and hardest to
verify--in spam is the From: header. spamNX needs to
reliably verify the From: header of all external email.
VRFYing addresses, and potentially caching the results
in a database, is an attractive but likely unworkable
solution, as not all servers allow VRFY, and other
problems.
