Implemented in version 4.3.11 of Xena: Testing
Modified the xena and xena viewer bat and sh files, there is now an if statement, if the plugins/audio.jar file exists it adds it to the classpath.

Fixed in version 0.5.3 of the Audio Plugin: Testing.
The java audio subsystem couldn't recognise and load the jflac library so called it directly.

Issue fixed in version 4.5.4 of the Image Plugin: Testing.
Caused by some missing preference files distributed with the source, but placed in a different location from the source in the distributed source code. Build script updated to move them where required.

Issue fixed in version 4.3.10 of Xena: Testing.. it was caused by the multipage plugin requiring the empty unwrapper in order to denormailise correctly, now if Xena can't find a wrapper for a given tag it'll return the empty wrapper (if the empty wrapper exists).

The new creating new folder error your getting seems to be a nautilus bug not manifest maker. WxPython is using the systems open folder dialog.

As discussed as a group, instead of adding a settings.ini file to save last used settings we will just default the checksum algorithm to sha512.
