More info, user has Vista X64
I have tried running InstantVNC on Server 2008 X64 and it doesn't seem to work at all. It doesn't make any connections out from the machine, no obvious firewall issues (I control firewall for the Server 2008 machine).

I am trying to connect to an user with ISA client /server. They can get a connection, a bit hit or miss, but when I try to connect to them so I can see their screen it kills the connection. Using viewer 2.34 and InstantVNC 1.40
Any ideas ?.
