Kadet development has ceased since a couple of years ago. It has been completely rewritten (from C to Qu) and has now become a library in the Qu Programming Language.
In the past few years I have never received anything that indicates someone is actually using Kadet.
In the past few months, I am forced to maintain the mailing list which has become nothing more than a target for junk...

This release focuses on performance and is a candidate for the next stable version. Now Qu runs much faster. The interperter engine has been optimized to use gcc -O3 option. JIT has been implemented via the Lightning module. The syntax has been improved. Indentation coding style ala Python is now possible.
