Please provide a little more detail. I don't know which 3rd party plugins you are talking about and I really don't know how POPFile can use POP while the mail clients uses IMAP.

Please provide a little more detail. Currently, I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say "rewrite the subject completely". Also, I fail to see how rewriting the subject would help the blackberry problem...
