I followed the installation instructions for MySQL. Tables were not created. When viewing the /shoutbox/index.php I get a blue background with no error messages. I do not receieve any parse errors, however it does not seem to be working at all.
I ended up creating the tables myself, and still no functionality, and no errors while running.

I am running Apache...
