Steps:
1. In PIM, select an employee and go to 'Report to'.
2. Assign another employee as a supervisor of the selected employee.
3. Assign the same employee (the supervisor) as a subordinate of the selected employee.
Expected Behavior:
The system should not allow to add the same employee as supervisor and subordinate for a particular employee.
Actual Behavior:

The field 'Report To' implies the employees' supervisors, not subordinates. Therefore, it's not logical to show supervisors & subordinates.
If it's required to include both supervisors & subordinates, there should be separate report fields for that, without including them in a single field.
If this is the accepted behavior, it should be reported as a feature request.
