I was finally able to run PT with locale set to LC_ALL=ru instead of LC_ALL=ru_RU. I don't know, shall there be sourcecode or translation file get fixed...

Current Avogadro icon is good, why do you want to change it? A bit GIMPed molecule is't a good deal - at least it's quite similar to Nepomuk/Strigi, the KDE4 search engine, icon.

Insert cyclohexane fragment or draw it from scratch, with hydrogens added. Start changing bond order in sequence 1,3,5 or similar, 3 bond become double. Then click on any sigle bond - and program hangs.
