When you extend a class with a function declaration that includes default values for some arguments, SWIG 1.3.31 generates code as if this function is an overloaded function. Furthermore, one of the overloads is defined incorrectly, so the resulting wrapper code won't compile properly. I'm filing this as a Ruby bug since that's where I'm seeing it, but it may be a more general code generation...
