Hi,
did you run 'python setup.py install' to install the package? Or eventually are you running it from the directory where the archive was unpacked? You seem to be running it from '/' which is a bit unusual place for a script...
I suggest to install the package by running 'python setup.py install' and then simply run s3cmd. Let me know if it still doesn't work.
