mtn 200808a is failing with PID filtered MPEG-2 Transport Streams which have been captured from QAM cable using a HDHomerun device. This is fairly standard format which is widely supported. The problem was replicated using the compiled binaries on Windows XP SP3 and Linux 2.6.24.19 (Ubuntu Hardy).

i prob should mention that the module soes seem to working
exactly as expected. It does not seem that the Seg Fault
occurs on every blocked referer as we see many more blocked
referers than Seg Faults.

Desc:
I have tracked the bug down to referer module. This is
on a busy server and I'm not seeing any easily visable
problems with access but I am seeing Segmentation
Fault errors in the Apache error logs every few
seconds.
I'm open to any suggestions for a way of tracing this
down further in my setup.
