Followup: RE: Help, now what?

Didn't help much. one time I got a message that was to fast to read, the rest have been blank. Let me back up the problem. had unrar and JAI not loaded messages for two days. after several install, uninstall, reinstall in a different order and lots of animal-like screams they went a way. found the .sh file and clicked. It asked what program I wanted to use to open it. tried a few from my list...

Help, now what?

I finally got all the unrar and JAI problems to stop, I even got Jomics to show up in my list of programs, but when i try to open a cbr with it I get a split second black pop up and then the program stops. Be kind, my programming skills are limited to if/then commands at best.
