Please note, that I had to split the patch up into two files, because sourceforge doesn't tolerate attachement's > 250Kb....
1) update for configure.in so that it works with the current version of automake/autoconf
2) update for libfame.m4.in
3) add the capability to build Win32 DLL's from cygwin using the mingw stuff

You'll notice that there's now 2 versions of AMIDE. The old 0.6.x branch (currently at 0.6.4) is GTK 1.2 based, and is now considered stable. I will no longer be adding to this branch, I'll just be correcting any remaining bugs that happen to pop up in the future.
