The systems currently used to communicate with the MSN SOAP server use XML files which are parsed and the correct username and password injected.
This is to avoid the WSDL & WSMakeStubs interfaces and trying to create a full SOAP request in code.
This code should use a more structured interface to allow more easy updates to new versions of the protocol.

Formatting problem - Font size sent by official client was "PF=2", this was leading to a font size of about 1.5, I've changed the scale so that PF=2 leads to a font size of 12, which is what was set in the Official client.
