So on the original machine c114n01-lg 9.114.47.95, the site table is almost empty and is missing the required attribute. This is almost like xcatconfig failed part way thorough and it probably is because / is 99% full. Where the sqlite database is stored. /dev/hd4 37814272 390056 99% 59581 24% /
I would increase space in / and then run xcatconfig -i again and see...

One thing i would suggest, Set an appropriate date on the machine. This machine has July as the date.

/etc/xcat/cfgloc means you are using SQLite as a database. That is a normal configuration. That is not the problem. Could you setup another new system for install. or remove xCAT from this one and leave it for me to do the install and try and reproduce the error. I am afraid once you have run xcatconfig -f, you have covered up the problem. I will check in tomorrow morning.

check the /etc/xcat/cfgloc file what database are you running. If it is mysql, then make sure the mysql server is running. Follow instructions for starting it in the mysql doc. If it is running then export XCATBYPASS=y and tabdump site and see if the site table is there and contains the xcatdport info. If it works and it is missing follow the instructions run chtab key=xcatdport...
