No idea on the 'DB' class not found, probably you should check some configuration items and if possible provide a detailed log of what's happening including your OS's version as well as other components (php/apache/db package, etc)

if freeradius authenticates the user ok then I don't see what is the problem exactly. What do you mean it shows that it changed to that "'\password" thing?
