it make the FPS in color like CS and show a warning is the FPS too LOW. > 30 fps green < 30 fps yellow < 10 fps red + Warning.

my patch make a option in the GUI Menu to Show the tanx speed in the player list. and i have a fix bug at opserverinfo. now it show no tanx speed by obs ^^ Links.
