It seems the problem is something to do with table column widths. I have attached modified versions of the lyx and tex file, which do not cause a crash.
After experimenting, I found that if I cleared the specified column width on two of the table columns (within Lyx), latex2rtf no longer crashes.

I am trying to convert a lyx document to rtf. I am using lyx 1.6.3 and latex2rtf 1.9.19 on windows xp. latex2rtf works fine on simple files but crashes when converting some tables. I have attached a sample tex file that causes a crash and the lyx file from which the tex file was generated.
