QMS2 is now feature complete. IBD dump files can be imported from GENEHUNTER, arbitrary numbers of family members and positions are handled. Optionally, double entry can be performed in cases where families contain multiple probands. Three models are now included in the analysis: DeFries-Fulker, DeFries-Fulker Augmented, and Haseman-Elston. Optionally, plots of fit statistics can be produced.
