Remove deprecated 'Encoding=UTF-8' line: every .desktop file should be valid UTF-8.
Remove empty and non-standard 'DocPath='
Even if it had a value, it is KDE specific and should have been 'X-KDE-DocPath=value'.

stop requesting features that have been requested for
monthes at least 10-20 times.
POP3 antivirus scanning is beeing work on in clammail
(.sf.net) and would be integrated into clamwin later
On Access scanning is beeing implemented but not yet in the
official release
and please, never ask multiple features in 1 RFE/bug report.

for mail scanning, there is already clammail.sf.net (clamav
native port to windows, + POP3 proxy)
on-access scanning is actually beeing implemented in clamwin
(via a filesystem filter)
hope those 2 projects would fuse into 1.

afaik, ClamMail ported clamwin to native win32 API but
ClamWin uses POSIX compatibility layer to work.
so, merging both could not be that easy.
anyway, could be better suited as a plugin (not anyone needs
mail scanning)
Pros : centralize virus db updating, less memory used (1
engine running instead of 2)
Cons : integration difficulty, bloat ?!
