This will be addressed by the end of the year. For the time being, you can work around it by setting Fmenu to open using Rosetta via the app's Get Info dialog in the Finder.

Hello,
If you would like to use multiple accounts, please use the Accounts feature built into Mac OS X. FMenu keeps a separate set of settings for each one of the users on your machine. There is no way for FMenu to provide alerts for more than one Facebook user at a time, unless there are multiple instances of the app running under different Mac OS X users.
