Dear Volker, thanks for your help and advices.
But finally, I uninstalled the SAGA got from launchpad, and as root delete the saga_gui rest of folder /usr/bin/. And then installed saga_2.0.3_bin_linux.tar.gz. I think that it is not the best way, but it worked.
Now I continue with my work in SAGA without problems, and I got to import my LANDSAT images with GDAL.

In first time my excuses, but a cold had delayed my works and my answers.
In order, thanks Mr.Volker for help with a recompile process; but as effectively you suposse, there are differences with my linux distribuition (UBUNTU 9.10).
The directory " /usr/local/src/saga_2/src/modules_io/gdal" is not present, /usr/local/src is empty.
When search where is Saga, the results was:
