Currently _oo-browser is created at c:\, which does not support multiple users or users with limited rights. This patch changes that to the user profile directory, which is the proper place for such files on Windows.

On installation the info file is provided and its directory is added to the list of Info documentation directories to search, but it is not useful without dir entry, which should be created along the lines of
install-info --dir-file=./dir --section=Emacs --entry="* OO Browser: (oo-browser.info)." oo-browser.info
After this, the documentation becomes accessible from the main Info menu.

After installing X-Symbol (and the package itself working), entry for it appears in Emacs info browser top level menu. However, trying to access it results in error message "no such node or anchor: X-Symbol"
I could fix it for myself by editing X-Symbol's dir file like this:

Hi,
After oo-browser installation "M-x info d" does not work properly - it does not display a concatenation of dir files from all the info documentation directories. It knows only about oo-browser documentation instead. I'm not an Emacs/elisp expert, but the little patch below moves oo-browser documentation definition from Info-directory-list to Info-additional-directory-list and seems to fix...
