Sorry, I thought this was related to another of our releases, which requires only PHP4.
My suggestion to you is to use XAMPP as the environment in which you run the software, as it makes satisfying all the dependencies that much easier.
Check out their web site: http://www.xampp.org. Simply remove your existing HTTP and PHP packages, and use XAMPP instead, which I believe...

Are you using the XAMPP distribution? Perhaps you could send me the output of phpinfo() -- it's possible that the version of PHP you are using doesn't support JPGraph.
Note also our installation instructions specify that you should be using PHP4, not PHP5. You might want to read the install instructions, to make sure that's correct.

We have developed lots of templates that can load into B-Flow, but haven't packaged them yet for inclusion in the tool.
They are in XML file format, and are designed for a variety of business processes, including help desk incident escalation, plus various other IT tasks.

Hi Douglas,
I can tell you that there is a new version due to be released in the next couple of weeks, with some significant patches. We will try to ensure it is tested against a vanilla FC4 (although I personally prefer chocolate rather than vanilla.)
