It does not download files. Every time I get the same message: "Error Downloading". Then it doesn't even give you a link to go back. Is anyone else having the same issue?.

I got it to work by using the IP address instead of the ftp.whatever.com. Not sure why it worked in the demo with ftp.whatever.com, but to get mine to work, I had to enter the exact IP.

Would anybody know why I am not able to conect to the ftp server at the login screen? When I try out the demo, it connects, but after uploading it to my website, it won't connect. It keeps telling me that it can't conect and to try again.

I am getting a javascript error (in the lower left-hand corner of page with the exclamation mark inside the yellow triangle) as soon as I go to www.myurl/extplorer. So it does not work properly for me. When I put in "admin/admin" to log in, it opens the eXtplorer program but, again, with javascript error and it does not show me any files. What can be the problem?.
