Perhaps that explains why it wasn't consistent. Even though it is not a bug in itself the error message could be more useful. If it indicated the source of the error for instance.

When trying to set picture to be used instead of avatar it fails with message saying it can't convert to 96x96 png even if the file is already a 96x96 png.

Just thought I'd say how pleased I am to see that iRate is still alive.
However I would very much like iRate to suggest an occasional classical orchestral track. Is there any way of giving it a hint?.

Surely there would be no point in run iRate if you told it what artist to listen to. The whole point is to _find_ new music that you might like not stuff you already know.

I edited your code to allow the user to type directly into
the pathShortcut textboxes. Then the launch worked
perfectly. I think the general idea of your program is
rather neat. There is one thing I would like to say though:
I think the form should pop up where the mouse is not in the
middle of the screen, also a left click on the tray icon
should...

Shortcuts are not launched properly if the shortcut
target includes parameters. For instance a shortcut
to:
notepad.exe x.txt
launches Notepad but ignores the x.txt file name.

Update: the problem is that the common dialog returns the
full path to the first element of the shortcut instead of
the path to the shortcut itself. This means that it is not
possible to use Shortcutter to launch a shortcut because you
can't get the name of the shortcut into the config.
