To get it to work on my second display I had to change DirectShow Video Renderer. Odd that it worked on my primary display and not my secondary with the system default renderer.
When I watch a h264 movie (using x264vfw codec) in mpc no matter if it's in a matroska or mp4 I can't resize the height of the movie using pan & scan. The aspect ratio stays the same. Is this a problem with mpc or x264?.
