There is no perfect answer. If the delay is likely to be less than 10s
then using a BlockedInvocation probably makes more sense. There are
relatively few HTTP stacks which time out this quick.
Also, the wait time is advisory. The service provides a hint as to how
long the poll should take (that's the response.getWait() bit). The
client is free to ignore this totally if it...
